Hotel was nice but i chose this hotel by the photos of the type of bathroom the room had and your pictures misinterpreted the bathroom. There was no seperate tub and walk in shower. For a relaxing evening away i waa very disappointed.

Worst hotel experience I ever had!
Worst hotel experience I ever had! Housekeeping knocked at the door not even 5 mins after we checked in saying they smelled marijuana meanwhile I have 3 kids with me in the room. Then not even 20 mins later a second knock from the manager accusing us of smoking in the room. I opened the door as wide as it could open and offered her to come in check the room, smell the air, search us whatever she needed to do. Of course she refused to do all of that and threatened to kick us out and charge my card $250 if she was to come back and smell marijuana. We were also on the 6th floor so I want to know how you just assume it was us!? Then we decide to take the kids to the pool, which was filthy. Couldn’t even enjoy the hot tub because some girl decided to do inappropriate things with her man in it. Also the refrigerator in the room was broken, and woke up to ants in the room. Never again!

- Beautiful Hotel , - The room was great. - The housekeeping staff was amazing - Hotel front desk staff needs to work on there greeting skills not very welcoming, felt more like wow can’t believe you can afford to stay here. - Paying extra for parking is silly makes the hotel seem super greedy when guest have paid upfront for the stay - extra daily hold on of $50 on my credit card for parking is also very silly.
