A great experience
everyone handling the check-in process were very friendly and helpful. The entrance is particularly grand; I had never seen such a majestic hotel lobby before. The size and design of the hotel room were excellent. The balcony was very enjoyable. Although it was hard to enjoy the balcony during the day in Dubai, it was very pleasant in the evenings. The variety and taste of the breakfast were very successful. We had a long vacation, about 2 weeks. Therefore, the lack of variety and different flavors became a bit boring after a while. As with the rest of the hotel, there were Indian influences in the cuisine as well. Aside from this, the seafood and other dishes were very delicious. The room service was both quick and tasty. The only issue was the room service staff's ability to understand and speak English. We managed to solve this and place our orders somehow. I must give special mention to the cleanliness; unless otherwise stated, they cleaned the room at least twice a day. Additionally, the products left in the bathroom, such as the toothbrush, were eco-friendly. The date fruit treats also left a lovely smile on our faces. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Many thanks to all the hotel staff.
