Lovely location and great property, we had a wonderful stay. My two main bits of feedback: it was unclear that going as “Preferred” unlocks a few extras for All Inclusive customers when booking through Expedia - it’s not just a difference in room! And, the service from staff was alright but not excellent or ‘5 star’, for example, once our food and drink order was taken and we were served our meal, that was it for staff interaction until a dessert menu was offered (and even then, only on some occasions, others we left after 20 minutes of empty plates at our table). Glasses were always left empty by staff, refills or additional drinks orders were not offered and no checks were made during our meal about the food or our dining experience. I acknowledge this is particularly fussy, but should be expected for a resort marking itself as 5 stars! Adjust the price and the rating and then I would adjust my expectations!
