Immediately upon entering the room we were hit with a mildew funk. Obvious signs of water damage in the bathroom, and packaging tape holding up the peeling wall paper. Trying to watch TV, the remote was for a FireTV, not the ONN Roku TV on the wall. Went down to the front desk and the person working the counter finally looked up at me from her phone and informed me they don't have any extra remotes. We would just have no TV.
Naturally, I enquired if there were any more rooms available, or if anything could be done to compensate. Without looking at the computer she said that no other rooms were available, and nothing could be done.
After an ensuing confrontation with my partner, another room mysteriously became available, and we changed rooms.
At the very least, the TV in this room works, but the mildew smell permiated this room too.
Looking in the bathroom, revealed a moldy tub.
Literally the only good part of the visit was the Bartender, Sabrina. A literal ray of sunshine, in what would otherwise be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
