I was very disappointed that they had special rate for regular stay over guest, but was not told about this, let alone offered. Even though I asked them, and later found out that what they told me was inaccurate.
As it relates to rate I believe I was charged same or more, that other customers who was on a shorter time than me, and could very well charge me more than guests who stated equal time. so I had to discontinue booking directly with them.
Also, front desk see you at least twice a day for about 2months, yet they kept asking you what’s your room number - after sometime I I think they should know their regular guest and room numbers- I believe this was very impersonal, showing no respect welcoming you or
Also, What I have noticed about the front desk workers, most of them refused to say good morning or gd night, if you acknowledge them.
Surprisingly, one morning I said hi to one if them and she responded by saying how are you- this was amazing!!!!

Of note, is that there is one gentleman who kept acknowledging guests. Which I think was normal and quiet good.
Also, I had a very very stressful time getting my room done properly and at a reasonably time by certain individuals. Others, did their job expected - which I highly appreciated, and mentioned to management.
