Not great experience
The hotel was under major remodel which was not disclosed through the hotels.com platform. This was an issue with my son’s medical condition and I would’ve liked to know before I chose to stay here. The rate was as high as other much nicer properties around town that were not under remodel.
We asked for two extra pillows and were told they have no extra in the hotel due to the remodel. So we had to go buy extra ourselves. I asked to have our room serviced the second day just for towels to be exchanged and we got back to the hotel after 10 hours of Dr appts at Children’s Primary to find it hadn’t been done.
It was just not a great experience. We will have to be back in SLC regularly for the dr and will find accommodations somewhere else.
