Great price and location for NYC visit.
The night staff Rosanne was super friendly and helpful. She helped check in my family quickly and had all the answers to my questions. She also did a quick introduction of the surround hood and gave very good tips to navigate from hotel to the city.
The location is about 15-20mins walk to the Newport PATH train system for quick access to Manhattan in 2 stops. The area is safe to walk even in the evening. There are lots of good food choices around the PATH station area. and there is Target in walkable distance for snack and food.
The facility is pretty new; however there seem to be a lack of cleaning around the public area. the hallway of my floor definitely had not been vacuumed nor clean for a while as there are lots of dirts and garbage on the carpets. The flooring of the room also is not fully cleaned.
The room is in very good size for my family of 5 yet the desk lamp was not working however everything else was fine.
I would consider to stay in this hotel again.
