Hotel Hendricks Review
My stay at Hotel Hendricks was disappointing due to several issues. First, my reservation, made through Hotels.com for a room with two beds, was incorrectly entered by the hotel. They initially claimed my booking was for the following year, even though my confirmation showed otherwise. As a result, we were given a cramped room with one bed for three people—far from ideal.
The hot water was also inconsistent, running out three days in a row despite my repeated complaints. While it was finally fixed on our last night, this was unacceptable for a hotel stay. The WiFi was another letdown, as it was spotty and slow, making it difficult to stay connected.
To top it off, I was charged an additional fee that was not mentioned or listed on the website at the time of booking. This unexpected fee felt deceptive and added to my overall dissatisfaction.
With all these issues, I cannot recommend Hotel Hendricks unless they address these problems and improve transparency with their fees.
