"The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was extremely poor. The bed sheets were stained and torn. Everything was covered in dust, and if you touched anything, you would end up covered in dust as well. The windows didn’t close properly, and since the air conditioning units were placed directly in front of the windows, the noise in the room was comparable to a tractor running.
The internet in both the rooms and the reception area didn’t work at all, so I can confidently say there was no Wi-Fi at the hotel.
While there were different options at breakfast, the quality was very low. During my 4-day stay, I only managed to eat oatmeal and fruit twice.
The gym was outdated and barely functional. The pool was filthy, and there was no proper water circulation.
Due to the Wi-Fi issues, I stayed in two different rooms, and in both, the hot water took a very long time to start running.
If you are looking for even a minimal level of quality, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The ratings definitely don’t reflect the reality.
The only positive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff, although they were aware that there wasn’t much they could do.
Overall, this hotel is absolutely not worth the price charged."
