My family and I came from Australia and visited Prague the apartment was very clean and we loved it. If only it was a little more spacious that would've been 10 out of 10 we were a little in each others way inside the apartment little small but had everything but no oven just a stove and microwave. My opinion if you take out the dishwasher and put an oven in it that would be perfect. You only need a dishwasher if you live there permanently not when your on holidays oven is much better option. We will visit again next year and hopefully there will be an oven there instead of the dishwasher

Wir hatten ein Appartement für2 Personen , allerdings gab es 3 Betten 1 Schlafsofa alles war bezogen , und sehr ungemütlich. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung . Personal war nach einer Anfrage , nicht sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Nein , hat mir gar nicht gefallen , alles anders als auf den Bildern , bis aufs Badezimmer.
Eher geeignet für eine Familie .

Kælderlejligheden ikke egnet til beboelse
Vi boede i lejlighed 001 i kælderen. Men der var store problemer i denne lejlighed. Da den ligger under niveau for kloaken, er der en pumpe på toilettet for at få vandet til at løbe ud/op i kloaken. Men da der samtidig var en masse problemer med strømmen i lejligheden virkede pumpen ikke. Vandet fra toilettet kom derfor op af afløbet i brusekabinen, og hele badeværelsesgulvet flød med toiletvand. Dette syntes vi naturligvis ikke var særlig lækkert, så vi prøvede, at kontakte receptionen, men grundet ferie (???) var der ikke nogen i receptionen, selvom de på deres hjemmeside havde skrevet, at den var bemandet hverdag fra 9.00 til 18.00. Vi fik dog ringet til en servicemedarbejder, og de sendte en rengøringsdame, efter nogle timer, der gjorde rent. Men det fjernede jo ikke problemet. Og generelt var lejligheden meget medtaget af at ligge i kælder niveau. Der var mange fugtpletter rundt omkring på væggene, og sengetøjet var fugtigt. Alt i alt syntes jeg slet ikke lejligheden egner sig til udlejning. Jeg vil derfor fraråde alle, at leje kælderlejligheden. De andre lejligheder, over kælderniveau er sikkert fine nok. Men bestemt ikke kælderlejligheden.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber Einrichtung sah sehr neu aus. Die Lage war für uns gut sehr ruhig zur nächsten strassenbahnstation waren es nur ca 200 Meter.

Nice, clean and affordable place
We had the studio apartment, which was nice and clean and had everything we needed, even coffee and a dish washer which was much appreciated. It's very spacious.
We came an hour later than we had expected and the receptionist was there waiting for us. She was very nice and informative. This place is very good for the price. It took about 15min to walk to the Old Town, but it felt a little far after walking a whole day, but you can easily take a tram if you like. A direct bus takes you almost to the hotel from the airport.

Todo perfecto menos...
Todo muy bien, limpieza, comodidad, la información y consejos que da el establecimiento sobre la ciudad son muy útiles. La zona, aunq no céntrica a 10-15 minutos de centro caminando y muy cerca de paradas de metro y tranvía. Un diez en ese sentido.
Solo tuvimos un problema. Una noche a las 5:30 de la mañana un hombre bastante borracho, en calzoncillos y muy agresivo comenzó a golpearnos la puerta pidiendo q le abriéramos (habitación 301). Intentaba tirarla abajo. Después de unos minutos alguien le gritó desde otra habitación (304). Resultó q era su novia, también bastante borracha. El individuo se había equivocado de habitación y pensaba q su novia era la que no le quería abrir. Una locura! Que porque estaba en el pasillo en calzoncillos y como se había equivocado eso no tenemos ni idea, pero por como estaba tampoco era una sorpresa. La situación fue bastante desagradable. La residencia no tiene culpa de esto, pero al no tener recepción 24h te ves sin saber cómo actuar ni a quien pedir ayuda. Enfrentarnos a él podría ser un problema por su estado de embriaguez y agresividad, y al no hablar checo ni inglés llamar a la policía era casi una pérdida de tiempo. Era nuestra ultima noche y no supimos si se volvió a repetir. Supongo q es algo puntual, pero cuando se mezcla turismo y diferentes maneras de visitar una ciudad te puedes encontrar con estas situaciones, y el problema en si fue no tener a quien acudir. Sin este grave pero puntual percance todo lo demás perfecto.
