Spacious and great value
Stayed in one of their apartments with a family of four plus two dogs. Check in was simple at the main hotel reception. The apartments are located a short drive away from the main hotel and overlook the town, but easy to find and access. The apartments all have free off road parking in a small well kept car park next to the apartment entrance. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for any length stay. Easily enough space for a family with two children and two dogs. Kitchen has an oven, hob, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, and all the utensils needed to cook and eat. Overall an excellent sized property situated in the centre of Fort William and walking distance from shops and bars.

Great hotel in centre of town
Really nice room although a little small so not much space to put your bags. The shower was very good but dark when you closed the shower curtain. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice touch to have coffee/tea available in the bar. Really nice that they use local products from Highland soap. Perfect location. Would definitely stay again.

Unwelcome surprises.
The closure of dinner dining was not a welcome surprise as it was advertised on the web and the lack of elevators for the suites building was not acceptable. Hotels.com should make this apparent. Staff were pleasant and proffessional.

Quirky room!
We had one of the 'cell rooms' with a bunk. Impossible for the person on the bottom bunk to see the TV! Ladder on bunk also in an odd location. Slight leak in bathroom. That said, all very clean, breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We stayed in bunk beds in a cell room which as you can imagine, is quite small. No room for suitcases, only backpacks. It was clean and comfortable though and had an attached toilet. The dedicated shower for this room was a short walk away. They did however provide bathrobes and slippers for this very reason. We only stayed one night and had a lovely breakfast there.

Lovely hotel. Great location at end of Main Street. Quiet and clean . Nice friendly staff. Double room very stylish but small. No wardrobe just hanging space. Can only just get around the big bed.
