Over all we had a great 4 night stay. The room was nice an8 well appointed with full kitchen and washer / dryer. Just enough space for 4 people to sit and watch TV. Our room has TV issues which the they tried to fix but didn't come right. Apart from that the staff were friendly and helpful and provided an extra dining chair for our visitor. The location is very handy to the Queen Victoria Markets and lots of shopping malls. All walking distance. Nice room and great staff and location. Look forward to visiting again. Thank you

We were only staying 2 nights but wished they provided some dishwashing detergent, already in the apartment - to at least allow us to do some proper cleaning and when required. Property was great. We stayed on the 53rd floor and had an amazing view. Staff was friendly and helpful. The suite had everything we needed for making food. Grocery and alcohol stores conveniently located nearby. PLENTY of places to go eat all around if you don’t want to cook. Definitely crowded on Elizabeth St. and we were accosted by a homeless person, but that’s the shape of big cities nowadays. I would stay here again.
