Front desk staff was dismissive and unwelcoming, I had to inquire about the destination fee instead of an explanation upon check-in. I called down to front desk to obtain cutlery for my food and was told "Yeah, but you gotta come down to get it, we're not bringing it up". I've never experienced such lazy lack of service before in my life, and it was not busy. Front desk staff did not even say hello and acted like any question I had was an annoyance. Incredibly disappointing when I paid 1.6k for 3 night stay. If I was being a Karen or a bother I would understand the front desk staff's attitudes but I literally only called or approached them 3 times in 3 days.
Lobby bartender and breakfast staff were great. Suite was nice. I will not return though due to front desk staff.
