Appalling! They DO NOT have 2 bedroom suites!
Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life! Be warned: they lied about the room type. I booked what was advertised as a two-bedroom suite, but on arrival it was just a cramped one-bedroom suite with an extra bed in the common space.
When I calmly raised this with the front desk, they sneered “too bad for you” and shouted over me the entire time I tried to speak. They admitted they don’t even have real two-bedroom suites but refused to move us or make it right.
When I pressed the issue, they ordered me and my party to leave the premises under threat of calling the police. That was all while I hadn’t checked out and still had a charge on my card. Imagine paying for a stay, being screamed at, kicked out for daring to object, and then still billed for it.
And even if management hadn’t been hostile, the room itself was appalling: horrendous odor, rundown furniture, noise from every direction (not an exaggeration), and multiple “amenities” closed without warning. No breakfast, no rooftop, despite being the very reasons we booked.
In short: false advertising, abusive staff, unlivable conditions, and fraudulent billing. Stay far, far away.
