The staff was nice and courteous. The building is older on the ocean so it does require some TLC especially inside. Our room had 2 Queen beds which were fine and comfortable. We had a small stove, full size fridge and microwave, a small sink and counter area. The cupboards were very old, 1980's style, very few dishes and cutlery but enough to make due. We also had a table with 3 chairs which was great. We had a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. The bathroom was fine but again, needs some updates. The cleanliness of the room was okay, certainly not spotless. Good T.V. with cable. Overall, the room was okay for our needs as we are not too picky. We got the room really cheap so I am not going to complain as I would probably stay again if the price was right. Also, there was an indoor and outdoor pool and right on the beach with ample parking.
