Fairly central location
The apartment met our needs: comfy beds (twin made into queen size bed but single duvets), good heating which was needed as it was -8 outside, 5 minute walk to the city centre, perhaps 15 minutes to the museum area, 3 minutes from Vienna International Airport bus stop, lots of space and quiet.
Downsides were 93 steps to apartment although there was a lift after 6 steps but we didn’t fancy it. Few lights didn’t work, but otherwise well maintained with dishwasher tablets, shampoo and all those essentials provided.
Downside was not told we needed to speak to manager before arriving as no one is based at the location. Therefore unless you want to wait 20+ minutes you need to agree arrival time in advance.
