I have been an Embassy Suites guest for many years and have stayed many times all over the U.S. and I keep getting disappointed. For the amount of money that was asked for a nightly stay, it should have been a nicer stay for the type of property advertised. The manager's reception didn't allow for margarita's. There were no type of snacks put out. It was so cold in the lobby we had to go outside to try to keep warm. The lounge furniture outside was too dirty and dusty to even sit on. Then I woke up to ants all on the counter and crawling up the wall. The hand soap smelled awful. The carpet was frayed as well.
