Small but adequate room. Very clean, nice bathroom. However the hotel is attached to a pub with great restaurant. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Worth staying just for that.

The hotel was ideal for one night, parking was free and the breakfast was superb. Staff in the bar area and breakfast were friendly and professional the only negative was that we found the mattress and pillows very hard so didn't have a great sleep

Wedding visit
Short stay to attend a family wedding. Friendly welcome from staff quick booking in especially considering it was the first day of the massive world wide IT issues. Room clean and well stocked, thank you for ensuring fans in each room as it was needed. All staff friendly especially our waitress, Lisa, she had her work cut out with our group of 11 for the evening. Small but good selection of breakfast options both cooked and continental.

Nice clean room & pleasant staff. Room was too warm though with no proper air con. Only electric fan. Also shower temperature control was broken so water was scalding hot! We were only staying for one night but staff seemed keen to report the shower problem & get it fixed.
