We had come to this place many times before. We always enjoyed it. It is showing age and maintenance is unfortunately not kept up. The water pressure in the shower goes in and out. The beds feel old, make noise and are well worn. The breakfast had fewer options and the fruit were not fresh. We may not come back as options in Chiang Mai are plentiful.

Everything was perfect for 6 night stay. The only comment I have is that breakfast starts at 7 , this is the time when long day tours start as well. Hotel offers breakfast bag for the road , nevertheless 0630 start would be preferred. Also, selection of breakfast variety is limited, especially fruit fare.

This was a perfect location. Off the main street down a small lane so it was very quiet. Walk 2 minutes and you have a temple, restaurants and much more. This is also where the Sunday night walking street market is. Awesome

Very spacious room with all amenities you would need. Great location in the old city, a very short walk from Wat Chedi Luang. Reception very helpful in helping with booking tours & taxis. Wifi isn't great and the heavy doors make a bit of noise when people close them. But everything else was absolutely perfect.
