The room was a disgrace. Filthy, broken furniture, dirty floors, a running toilet, leaky faucet, chipped paint and a broken lock. The photos in the website were not close to being a for representation and they also showed a renovation yet to be completed as what we should expect. It was too late for us to leave and we discussed with the manager in the am upon check out. We were also travelling with our special needs son. They offered points as the booking was through Hotels.com and claimed they couldn’t touch the price as such. I’ve never written a review or complaint before and as a business traveler and family traveler for over 50 years, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had, exacerbated by the $600 charge for one night.
