We had an amazing trip for my birthday getaway! I thoroughly enjoyed the view, delicious green juice & chilaquiles, and oversized tub in our room. The bed was cozy and the service was excellent. What more could we ask for?

It is within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars in a very posh area. It is also close to the US consulate for visa appointments, etc. Great chilaquiles! The wooden floor was buckled. It wasn't a big issue for me, but it might be for others. Overall, it was clean, had nice service, and was close to amenities, perfect for a two —to three-night stay.

I had a single king bedroom, the bed was great, the shower has amazing water pressure. The only things i didn't care for was my shower door didnt close completely, leaving a small gap that water could spray out, and the room didn't have much light in the evening. Both were easily over looked, given the cost and the appearance of the room.

Lobby is pretty and clean. It is located in a good area. However, the room had cockroaches and the sheets were ripped and stained. Also the lighting was dark and bad so I did not many issues untill I looked with a flashlight at night. The gym and top floor "bar" are ruins that appear to be under construction. Barely motel quality.

The pictures were great, but the property seemed run down. Our first room you could see through the door frame into our room and the water from the shower leaked over to the toilet area. We requested a new room and got it. The rooms look like they have had work done, but never fully finished the job.
