I am a manager at the Walmart next to your hotel, and we had a bad winter storm that night.
I had to close, which meant by the time I got out, it was late, and roads were treacherous.
So, I booked a room, and it was very convenient to stay right next to where I work.
Room was very nice, although I couldn't figure out the thermostat, could've been not working, but I stayed warm. Didn't sound like the heat kicked on. I was on the 4th floor, heat rises, so that could've been one reason for staying warm. It was room 422.

Did the auto check in through the hilton app, never got sent a key to my room. It just prompted me with one will be sent momentarily and it never was. They also automatically cancelled my reservation which was rude af because I paid for it so why do they get to decide to cancel it and not refund? Who knows.

The staff was incredibly helpful in resolving issues we had (a few outlets were out and we managed to obtain an early check-in). The TV didn’t work and I was a little bummed by that but the premises was clean and orderly, I’d recommend this hotel.
