Decent hotel, but for the price, I was a bit disappointed in the overall stay. Very small pool that was overly chlorinated, which resulted in our kid’s eyes burning and turning red. The breakfast choices were decent for a continental style meal, but the staff at breakfast treated everyone very rudely and acted as if everyone was an inconvenience. So much so, that one of the staff pushed my child’s hand out of the way when he reached for a muffin. Thank goodness for Ms. Deborah at the front desk. She was the saving grace for this hotel. I inquired about an additional charge from the hotel on my credit card and the young lady working at the time became extremely rude when I politely questioned why I was charged. She essentially threw up her hands and told me I was wrong and that I could speak with a manager later. Another young lady was extremely rude to our friends that asked for additional towels in their room. Again, it was as if we were all a major inconvenience to them all. Ms. Deborah showed up and sorted out the entire situation. Overall, it was a nice stay, if you can ignore the rudeness of some of the staff. If Ms. Deborah hasn’t been promoted, she needs to be. She was very kind.
