Nice stay in a historic renovated tabac factory converted into design hotel and cultural center. The room is spacious and comfortable bed. No noise form outside but maybe the sound from the old pipe and the outstanding golden pipe all around the hotel. The buffet breakfast is just ok for 18€ and you need to ask for the coffee and the different kinds of eggs at the bar.

For the money we really couldn’t fault the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. It is about 15-20 min walk to the old town but we knew that when we booked.

The front staff members were very kind. I'd like to tell them first of all. Also, the room was modern and clean. The best point about this hotel is that the bus stations to Bilbao was very close. However, it means that the old town for bal hopping was a little far (15-20 minutes walk from main area for travelers).

Loved the hotel, not located in the old city but is a walking distance from there (15-10 min). Really quiet area, and very easy to arrive from the train station. Very clean, big and comfortable rooms, staff very nice. Breakfast is really cool and recommended.

The hotel is located only about a 10 minute walk from Old Town and 20 minutes from La Concha beach which is ideal, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and dealt with all of our needs. The hotel breakfast was always extremely fresh and is sustainability focussed. My only negative about the hotel is that it is located in quite a loud neighbourhood and was not the best place to walk through late at night
