It was especially the staff and the service. The receptionist was amazing and he even gave our family a free upgrade, which was such a nice touch for our first visit to the city. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and our room was cleaned every day.
Breakfast experience was a superb surprise — there was a real chef cooking on the spot, with a full menu of options like Spanish tortilla, eggs made any way you and more. Everything was freshly prepared exactly to your taste, which made it truly special.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly & helpful staff. We had big room with small kitchenette corner. Everything was clean & comfortable. The only thing I missed was washing up liquid and sponge so we could clean our cups and plates. Also in the hallway we missed hooks or pegs to hang up our coats. Overall we really enjoyed it.

Incheckning var problemfri og væreslet rent og indbydende.
Vær opmærksom på at læse materiale, der er lagt frem - rengøring er fx kun på anmodning.
Personalet var enormt søde og hjælpsomme og morgenmaden var fantastisk.
Eneste anke var sengen: Den var lidt slidt, så der var en fordybning i midten af madressen og min forståelse af en Kings-size er ar den er 180 cm bred - denne var maksimalt 160.
Der var Nespresso med 2 kapsler og receptions udleverede flere hvis man ønskede det.
Det lille køleskab var lidt udfordret af at stå i it uventileret skab, man vi løst det ve at sætte noget i klemme, så skabslågen ikke lukkede.

Unser Aufenthalt war einzigartig!
Super Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hochprofessionellem Personal und sehr moderner Ausstattung.
Kleine Probleme am ersten Abend unseres Aufenthalts wurden umgehend und hochprofessionell gelöst.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super und bietet sich optimal zur Erkundung der wunderschönen Stadt Poznan an. Die Innenstadt erreicht man in 15 Minuten per Tram und auch der Bahnhof ist nur 15 Minuten per Fuß entfernt.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Kirchennähe und Glockenläuten sind einzukalkulieren.

Bardzo udany pobyt. W pokoju jest dostępny mini-aneks kuchenny (czajnik, zlew, lodówka, płyta indukcyjna), co umożliwia przygotowanie/odgrzanie obiadu jak w domu!
Dodatkowo bardzo urozmaicone produkty na śniadanie (m.in. pierwszy raz spotkałam się z pastą z awokado na śniadaniu!)

Fine new place in a old-fashioned block!
I had booked 2 rooms, both were just at the top of the landing.unfortunately the entrance room doors aren't enough sound proof, i.e. one can hear walling others up/down the stairs. Other than that I loved the newly modern classic up done spacious rooms. Pity breakfast comes at an additional premium
