I had booked an elite room (1 king bed, 1 sofa bed). Upon arrival, we were placed in the wrong room; the room with 2 queen beds. Front desk informed me that they didn't have any elite rooms available, so we settled for what we got. The next morning they offered to move us, but at that point we were unpacked and settled and busy with park days that we just stayed. They don't administer refunds under any circumstances either, so it was a bit inconveniencing. However, the comfort, cleanliness, and modernness of the room was very nice. I believe it was just a simple mistake and would like to try again sometime.
