The front desk staff was professional (Diane), and kind, however the chair in the room needs to be replaced, the vinyl is peeling off everywhere. The carpet is disgusting and filthy. It make the entire floor smell.

The room was absolutely atrocious!! The fridge was ice sickles hanging from it and brown stains dropped out of it when we opened the fridge. The bed sheets were dirty and had pubic hairs on them. The wash rags were also dirty with stains on them. This was the most disgusting room I have ever been in. Coming off the road in Alabama we were too tired to complain. We just ripped the sheets off. 10 out 20 do not recommend. Disgusting!!! We should've asked for our money back.

Upon entering the elevator, after check in, we noticed an off put smell but nothing horrendous. We arrived at the fourth floor. Stepping off the elevator and headed through the hallway, we noticed the floors were horribly stained and definitely not vacuumed recently. We opened our room to find the floors dirty, soap scum on the shower doors and shower handles, the lamp shade was horribly stained, the room phone did not work at all, and the side table barely hanging on the wall. Conditions could definitely have been worse but to pay $160 a night and a $100 deposit, it was disappointing.
The only photo I took of conditions to ensure I wouldn’t be held responsible for prior damages.

Stay was horrible. There was no electricity and they charged $268 for a one night stay. If I had of know that before we booked the room I would have purchased the cancellation charge.

Never Been so Disappointed in a Place.
Extremely disappointed in the quality of the room and service. Booked a room for two people but the room was missing a chair. The room did not look like the picture at all. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the fridge looked worn down, and the wall paint was chipping off. When I raised some concern the front desk personnel did not seem to care. Didn’t even bother staying. Went and booked at another place.

They canceled my reservation! Charged me 3x the amount to stay! Bugs in the fridge. Cockroaches on the bed. Fridge didn’t work. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Sheets were stained and when asked for replacements they said there was none.

Dirty Mold Mildew Roaches
The reviews are right about this location. This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The shower was not clean dirty shower scum, mold mildew roaches. The carpets are horrendous sooo dirty. Like omg so much was dirty. It was equivalent to a motel 6 with crackheads. I only stayed here because it was absolutely a last resort.

Smelled like Marijuana as soon as you walked in. Carpet in hallway on second floor with stain spots everywhere. Room itself had a piece of floor molding missing and the chair looked like it came out of a dumpster. Surprisingly the bed was tolerable and the bathroom looked like it had been updated recently.

Friendly staff
The staff was friendly and responsive. I wanted to see if they had early check in . I had been calling for about 2 hours. Once we arrived come to find out a guest was using he phone so they were unable to get any calls. We came back at 3 . Once checked in we found the cleanliness and conditions were not what I expected especially for the cost . Outside trash over flowing , hallways smell awful and carpets very dirty , flooring missing in bathroom, whole in the bathroom door, bathroom shower grime and build up shower doors, security lock broken / missing pieces inside the main room door . We ended up switching rooms when the toilet seat fell off . We made it work but issues in both rooms deciding nothing more could be done but I hope staff can have the resources to have a more inviting space for guests

Weed smell and roaches.
The hotel from the outside looks good. Inside there are the smell of weed through the floors going to your room and little roaches in the room everywhere. I stayed there with my family due to an emergency but never again.

This property is absolutely great! The staff are all nice well they were to me the rooms were clean and free of bugs and the pricing is great I had to stay for the week while my apartment was finished and this was perfect since it has a kitchenette I would stay here again for sure if need be!
