Nice hotel - only thing we didn’t like was the lack of aircon (only goes down to 21.5 degrees) and having to sleep in dirty sheets and use a dirty bathroom as cleaning is only done after checkout.

I like the fact that the breakfast buffet is included on each reservation, but the food is the same everyday and they don't change the selection, also the housekeeping is not so attentive when I asked for room cleaning, not sure if she understand me, could be language barrier.

The room was very nice. Hotel conveniently located. Reception staff are not friendly and need training in how to treat guests. The supervisor on Dec 6 was rude, as was the staffer on the morning of Dec 8. They acted annoyed by my questions and requests for service. I would not come back just bc of their rudeness.

WE spent 8 days there in a one bedroom apartment. Loved exploring Prague on foot. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Service was helpful and reliable. Price was fine. Only minor issue was initial difficulty with the airco control system that took a bit longer to get sorted out.
