Is very nice hotel but the room is very small and the towel was old. The bed is comfortable and breakfast has good variety of choices with good service by the staff. Walking distance to concubine road. Overall is a good stay.

Good location to walk round and exploring the museums, food, Ipoh historic culture in the Concubine areas. It's new and clean with friendly stuffs. Plus, the price is very reasonable. Drop off/Pickup is a little bit inconvenient due to the entrance at the curve corner with short stop. I would like to stay in this hotel again when I visit Ipoh again.

Excellent location though parking is tight. The person parked below our elevated car forgot to leave his keys behind and we waited abt 20 mins for him to come down and drive his car away so that we could retrieve our car. Hotel was very welcoming in terms of hospitality and comfort. The only setback is the location. It's very dangerous to drop off and pick up as it is located at a curve. Vehicles speeding makes it inconvenient and unsafe too.

The accommodation itself was bare bones; cold hard floor, no fridge, low quality bedding, cheap particle board desk. The hotel has a new look (deceptive but appealing) and the breakfast is good with a polite helpful staff in the restaurant. Thing with this hotel that really rubbed me wrong was the reception staff and the check in and out process. I feel like I just checked in, stayed, and checked out of a government facility.

Great Hotel!
Excellent hotel. The service of this hotel was outstanding. The staff here, go out of their way to help you. The best customer service I've ever received! Special shout out to Rebecca on reception! The room itself was very comfortable and I had a great view of the river! Room amenities were also great! The shower gel smells divine! And the tv includes free movies, which was a nice added bonus.

Room was comfortable and a decent size. Nice view of river. Short walk to station. The only thing wrong with the stay was the breakfast. It would be ok but all the hot foods where either cold or lukewarm. A fridge would also be an advantage to keep drinks cool. Overall we would stay again.
