Hard pass on this one

The air conditioning unit was blowing warm air, basically just a fan. Not very easy to sleep in that warm weather. The water has 2 settings, hot or cold, there is no warm, so the shower was not pleasant. I chose this hotel for the low price, just a place to sleep and get a shower in the morning, it delivered on neither. The positive was the staff, they were phenomenal.

Don’t let the parking areas define your opinion of the facility. The room was clean and had amenities that are usually found only in high end facilities. A bathroom heater, iron and ironing board and a refrigerator!

While the property is a bit "rough and rustic," we needed a comfy bed and a hot shower for an overnight when passing through town. It fit the bill. Have to give a shout out to manager Billy, who went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure that our stay was a pleasant one. Thanks, Billy.

Very nice area close to the downtown. Convenient for walking to shop or sightseeing the casinos and historic sites. The rooms are very clean and modern and offer many amenities, including a continental breakfast. Quite comfortable beds and pillows are a plus. The staff are friendly, courteous, and make the stay very pleasurable. Will make this a repeat stay when out this way again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.The room was extremely clean and neet. They did not have the breakfast in the morning, all they had was doughnuts and coffee and we did have a problem with the toilet when we got there that was fixed.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The toilet was leaking. I turned off the water to it so it would be quiet. The weather stripping on the door was flapping. Glad it wasn’t winter. Otherwise, it was fine. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work. If you hold your phone up to the window you can get a signal. I asked another visitor and they said the same thing. The front desk isn’t there most of the time. The motel is next to a nice park. But everything with the place is marginal.

Service was great. If you don't need anything. Office closed at 9pm. No room maintenance ( making beds, throwing garbage or towels)in 3 days. Breakfast is coffee only and only after 8am. Doors would not open properly or lock. Microwave didn't work. Asked for extra towels since 3 in room, and were told maid didn't show up so no clean linens.

The place is in disrepair. The AC in our room only worked on low setting and did not cool the room at all. The light fixture blew out and we were afraid it was going to catch on fire. The outlet plug by the bed also had issues. The tv volume would get loud and then quiet randomly. The only good thing is that the bed was comfortable.

Room was clean and in good shape. The satellite T.V didn't work. When we got into the room the HDMI cable was disconnect, we reconnected and still didn't work. We didn't receive any information on internet no password. When we wanted to ask them about it at 8pm no one was available.

Ill try a new place next trip.

Check in took 25 minutes because a sign in the window said a person would be back soon. Stepping into the room, the temperature was easily 95 degrees. The wall unit would not respond to any adjustments, so i ended up just turning it off. Kept the entry door open for 20 minutes to cool down the room enough to sleep. Shower unit dripped. Bed was very comfortable. Room nicely equipped with lighting, microwave, refrigerator, iron and board, and coffee maker. The hair dryer did not work. Breakfast was continental. Plastic wrapped donuts and cookies. Packaged oatmeal...no milk. OJ, apple juice, apple sauce.
