Disappointing stay
The hotel itself is very nice. But we had several issues during our stay.
We were assigned a room adjacent to the main lobby, and the noises from the lobby, the ice machine, and people walking in and out was enough to wake us up several times. In addition to that, the fire alarm went off while we were preparing for checkout, and my daughter was in the shower. This set us back and also disrupted the breakfast service. We felt rushed and were unable to eat a hot breakfast due to the lack of food available for the hour following the fire alarm evacuation.
Finally, there were small bugs in the bathroom of our hotel room and trash left in the room.
When I spoke to the desk attendant about the issues we had, he made excuses for them and was not particularly helpful.
Although the location of the hotel is perfect, and the room size and furnishings are ideal, I will plan to stay somewhere else on my next visit.
