The room was freezing cold. The heater was barely working, and the bathroom had NO heat at all. Several lamps had burned-out bulbs. The desk chair was ripped and torn and extremely outdated.

I did not know that there was an additional 50.00 charge for having a dog until I got there - the lady at the check in area was not friendly at all she said you were notified about the extra charge when you reserved the room online and if you dont want the room it is okay to go to another hotel .. like I’m gonna drive 6 hours and get there late at night and make a change… did acted like she did not care at all .. bad service smelly room with dirty carpet and I will never go back there as I felt not wanted at all …

The hotel was very quiet and clean and the parking was easy and close. We enjoyed the daily breakfast with the hours from 6-10am. The pool looked nice, but we did not use it. The front desk daytime staff were friendly and helpful. The only things we did not like were that the bed was too close to the wall making it difficult to get in on one side and there was no maid service to make the bed, or check the need for towels in the bathroom.

Before you accept to stay in any room in AmericanInn you should check that you can connect to the Inn's wifi. My 3 night stay in room 217 had very weak wifi reception making it almost possible to connect to wifi. Also my room was never "made up" during my full two day, 3 night, stay.
