Ibah is magical. The staff is very helpful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Our villa is spacious, and the furnishings are modern and very comfortable for our long stay. It is in a great location. the hotel was beautiful and every aspect was perfected to offer traditional balinese hospitality. It had been 8 years since i was in Ubud, and I couldn't believe how much busier it had gotten and the traffic was grossly congested, making getting around enjoyable difficult. We also didn't like how tourist some aspects had become and obvious money making opportunities were a bit off putting outside the hotel. we also got very unwell.

A Hidden Gem on the Main Street of Ubud
2 nights at Ibah were very relaxing and comfortable. Should have stayed longer. The breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent as were the facilities. Nasi Campur at the restaurant was the best I've had. The pool was relaxing and zen. We ate outside one night at Element which is walking distance. It was excellent food. Our room was clean and well presented. It overlooked the treetops and was relaxing. Wished I had taken a bath in the huge bathroom. Staff were super friendly and courteous. The ridge walk starts at the front gate of the hotel and was a fantastic experience. Go to the end then more to see the rice fields. In all, the best stay of our trip.

Above the gorge with the ever present sounds of water, we were surrounded by tropical rainforest, in meticulously manicured, extensive tropical garden. It was the essence of Ubud and the magic of Bali away from the noise and hustle outside. Friendly, helpful staff. We stayed in the Royal suite. Best room ever. It has two stories so you were not on top of each other. You could see a temple from your room and occasionally hear the music on your porch. Located right on the ridge walk so you can just head for a walk. The property itself is pretty to walk Located on a Main Street for shopping and dining. Free transportation provided by the hotel. If you venture too far they will pick you up. The air conditioner broke. They provided an upgrade and complimentary space services. They are very accommodating.
