If you need a cheap room in a pinch it does the job. This was a place to stay I wouldn’t again and a shame they require a deposit for what you get. The bad Tv doesn’t work Very thin blanket One face towel and one thin regular towel Marks on the bathtub and shower Front office vibes were unapproachable The good AC worked great

By far the worst hotel room I have ever been in. Holes in the walls, dirty and stained, toilet seat loose and didn't fit, no refrigerator and the one brought in froze water in freezer and temperature too low in refrigerator part.After paying in full, was still asked to pay an additional deposit. Wifi required additional payment as well. I am very sorry I stayed here but didn't have a choice.

Inaceptable me cambiaron de cuarto porque algo me picó en la cama y en la noche me volvieron a picar en la otra habitación y no pude dormir ya que tienen animales de hecho hasta maté y ellos solo dijeron sorry , ahora estoy atendiéndome con médico ya que posiblemente son chinches

The lady at the front desk was nice. I was disappointed that my room had no refridgerator and microwave. I had to throw away some food since I had nowhere to store it. I came in from Houston, so I stopped along the way to get food before checking in. The lady at the desk explained to me that I had to book their non-standard rooms for a microwave and fridge. I thought those were standard in all rooms. They were nice and gave me a trash can since my room didn't have one. The train horn honked at all hours and woke me up.

Absolutely terrible , there were stains and rips on my bed , no tv remote so the tv was playing at all times , ripped furniture and broken mirrors and most worst of all my door didn’t even lock! We had to wrap belts around it !! And the staff …. She would hide when we tried to change rooms !!! Roaches on the walls and in the outlets . Wild experience! If you get :ROOM 224 switch !!

Staff was nice. I had to reject first two rooms because they were dirty and smelly. So they gave me another room. It was better. They asked for a $50 deposit when I checked in and gave it back when I checked out. Overall, they need to hire more people to clean rooms! The pool was covered.

Filthy property and unwashed bed linens. There was a guy two doors down from my room vomiting off the balcony onto the ground floor. I told the front desk and they just said in broken english "okay" and did nothing to remedy anything. Truly pne of the worst budget priced motels i have ever stayed in!

NOTHING AT THIS HOTEL MATCHES THE PICTURES POSTED ON THE WEBSITE!!! No staff in lobby when we arrived (after 10 PM); they were out by pool and had to come in thru the laundry. Room was sub-par: floors damaged by fire, smoke alarm continually beeping, heater unplugged, electrial outlets covered & painted over, bathroom had weird stains on tub & floors, all doors had messed up door locks (looked like they had been pried open with crowbar), dead cockroach on floor between beds - not a waterbug, a house cockroach! Had to go back to the lobby 3 times, could not find a person to ask about switching rooms until the 3rd try; they sent a "maintenance man" who took the battery out of the smoke alarm & put it back (not a new battery, same battery), and moved the bed to plug in the heater. We asked about switching rooms; he went away and came back to say they were full. So we asked for a refund; he went to get the manager, who came and asked if we had pets in the room ???? Eventually, we did get a refund, but the whole process took almost 45 minutes.

No cleanliness whatsoever, uncomfortable to occupy the room and staying at $60 room with terrible service from the receptionist all the way getting to the room I have to file a claim to report the case for the Motel with the lack of service for the stay.
