Relaxing and picturesque hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Newly refurbished rooms were very clean and comfy. Quiet because you are abit further out of the main town but really easy to walk into Riva del Garda for dinner in the evening.

Bella struttura, poco distante dal centro di Riva del Garda ed abbastanza silenziosa. Accanto si trovano alcuni negozi raggiungibili a piedi in meno di 5'. Colazione con tanta scelta e prodotti buoni; personale molto gentile ed attento. Provata solo la piscina coperta, visto il periodo di soggiorno scelto, mentre la parte scoperta è disponibile nei periodi più caldi.

Nel complesso giudizio positivo ma due note: la prima riguarda la camera un po’ datata e nella quale filtravano parecchi rumori notturni fastidiosi, la seconda riguarda l’inagibilità della spa, di cui siamo venuti a conoscenza solo una volta arrivati, non propriamente corretto. Accoglienza pessima, camera in mansarda con ragnatele e polvere. La colazione non è a buffet, ma al cliente viene data una carta dalla quale si deve scegliere una dei 6 tipi di colazioni diverse, costringendo il cliente a mangiare gli alimenti facenti parte di quella combinazione. Non l’ho trovata una soluzione molto appagante.
