This is a very old modest hotel. Basic, but clean & comfortable at this time of year (autumn) Staff were very kind & I was let into the room early. 4 mins from the beach itself. Pool tiny, room tiny, shower tiny, price per night tiny! Cosy stay.

We had a great stay at the Kactus Boutique hotel. It’s a cute, clean little family run property and the location can’t be beat - right on the ocean and just minutes walk to Antik Side ruins, the beach, ample restaurants and shopping. Also located right across from a playground which was perfect for our little one.

But a lot of updating is required, my rating is mainly based on all facilities in rooms, it is not like whats on picture of advertisement at all. Very budget hotel, it was full because of the holiday, room was extremely small, mattress very uncomfortable, balcony faced to another building and neighbors swimming pool (very loud people in the pool) having common wall with another balcony. Location was good, close to the park and beach. We had young people running and talking loud in the hall until 2 am, so we could not sleep till they come down.

Worst experience ever, i spare you the pictures of my hotel room. Almost everything was broken and i had fungus in my refrigerator. They didn’t even give my money back for my days what i booked while i not even 24hr stayed because of the bad condition of the room. Terrible service and waiste of my money. Dont ever go there.
