The wifi was strong and automatically connected. The room was clean and the bed was King size. The toilet was spacious but without hand grab for elderly person to hold during bathing otherwise was perfect. The room was clean and bed and pillows sheets replaced every day on time. The environment was quiet and tutuk easily available. I enjoyed my 3 days stay in the hotel and will make a come back to stay again in the coming December hoildays with my wife and children.

staff do not know what they are doing cost me had to pay double in my trips .
try to check in and say we don't have reservation and then send us to the newer version hotel call Golden Crown Grand then they say i don't have reservation there either. since we are big family we end stay at the Golden Crown Grand and pay again for the stay and there is no refund so i a double pay for my stay.
the staff at the hotel don't have no record for internet reservation and cannot pull your name for the information so if you don't any paper record or please make sure you screen shot it.
