The room was clean and the location was convenient to the Metaxourgeio subway, which I appreciated. Great little bar across the street as well. Good value in a less touristy area of Athens.

Très bon hôtel, super bien situé, tous les équipements sont très biens, Vincent le propriétaire parle français, est facilement joignable. 2 lits doubles, la literie est très confortable. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel !

Väldigt ren och bra boende! Personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma speciellt Vincent. Bra läge nära tunnelbanan. Enda problemet var höga ljudet från restaurangen utanför på kvällen.

The location is accessible to metro , acropolis, the market and restaurant. However, is kinda hard to find at night when we first arrived. But after a few days we got the hang of it. Vincent the owner is very helpful and friendly.

Super quirky, characterful hotel run by the sweet Vincent. He has built a really special place and you can see his passion for it. He was so helpful from the moment we booked the hotel to we left. Can’t recommend it enough and already looking forward to coming back! Don’t miss out on trying his specially made hand brewed coffee.

Our 2nd time staying here and would return again. Great value, exceptional customer service and very comfortable room. Our kids love the tree house beds! Location is close to everything, highly recommend.

One of my best hotel stays ever!! The staff was so kind and had great recommendations for me, and the room was beyond perfect! You can easily reach any of the major attractions on foot or via the metro stop just a short walk away. I’ll 10/10 stay here again!

Our room was super cute and clean but a little tight in space due to the design. The design did however maximize the number of people able to stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts, Vincent, was fantastic. Very helpful and accessible if needed. Location was walkable to most major things to see. It is very loud in the street at night (until about 2am) as it faces a very popular cafe/bar. Definitely recommend

First impressions of Orchards were fantastic. The design and the attention to detail are really impressive. Vincent the host is very friendly and helpful with great suggestions of places to eat/drink nearby. It’s a very new renovation and believe on the cusp of being fantastic. However, a few issues cropped up and we needed to ask for certain basic things. There’s a coffee machine in the room but waking up on the first morning, realising there were no cups, spoons etc was a bit frustrating. Too early to ask anyone. There are no drinking glasses so had to request those. Plus, with it being a hotel and staying there for 3 nights, our beds weren’t made once. Also had to ask for loo roll. Service wise, it felt more like an AirBNb rather than a hotel. Also, just to make others aware, with it being an old building, although beautiful, it is very noisy. Take ear plugs!

I was looking for an affordable place to stay in central Athens for our family of four (two eight-year old kids), and found this place online at a great price. I couldn't find any reviews, so I was taking a chance with the booking, but will say that we loved our stay at Orchard. It's a new boutique hotel, with a creative interior design. The kids loved their "tree house" loft bed, and we appreciated the artwork everywhere and the custom design that included original architectural elements while introducing modern touches. Our room had a little balcony, which we loved sitting out on to look out at the neighborhood below. Vincent, the owner, was so very helpful to us, giving us recommendations for food and activities. He explained that the vision for the building is eventually not just as a hotel, but as a hub that includes a cafe, hotel, and rooftop wine bar. We could tell this hotel was his labor of love. The cafe's been open for a year, but the hotel had only been open for a month when we stayed there, and they were still working on renovating some portions of the hotel. The neighborhood is a little gritty, but this hotel and some neighboring cafes/restaurants are very charming.
