Great location. Simple to access. Clean. Spacious enough for two people. Very nice shower. Obviously they are recently renovated/created; there’s still the scent of new construction materials in the air! Good value for downtown T.O.

For how expensive this place is I would expect better amenities like a TV, a bed sheet to cover with and a wall for the shower!

Cute hotel in nice house in the center. Conveniently located, close to Lawrence market. Nice vibes. Very clean. Comfy bed. Just be aware of the 300 CAD deposit when checking in which I did not know about which added a bit of a strain on the budget! And be aware of one of the doors going to room 002 as there is a step, it was night and I did not see it and stained my ankle… but otherwise very cute hotel.

The staff were very helpful and the place is in a great neighborhood with lots to do nearby. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again, it's very new and the room was beautiful.

The property and the room was very clean. It was easy walk to the subway station to travel. Also it was close to city center. It was easy to get to from city airport.

This was our first stay at this location. The room was clean and very comfortable. It's location in downtown Toronto made our stay so enjoyable. We parked out vehicle approximately 300 m from our hotel and left it there until we left (approximately $30 per day to park). FYI there is wifi, however there is no tv. We would definitely recommend this place due to the above comments regarding cleanliness and location.

Staff were always friendly and reachable over text message. The area is nice and quiet with a shop just a block away. I'd book with this hotel again.

Not much to say, really. When I’m in the city I just need a place to sleep and store my things. This place is perfect! It’s clean and new, just steps away from the TTC. Short walk south to the market. Will look to stay here again.

The room had no TV. You can hear the toilets flushing and water running in the unit above. There was no microwave. There is only paid parking on the street.

Kind of a hidden gem if you're coming in to town for business. Perfect location, but wouldn't even know it's there walking by which I like. Very well kept comfy rooms, only thing lacking was a TV but who really NEEDS a TV these days especially given the location -you arent likely going to be in much. I will definitely be staying again in the future. Bargain price too!

We were in the basement unit. It was very clean, updated, easy to access and great location. There was an in unit AC and a small fridge, Keurig and safe which was great. I have one small complaint. It felt damp like a basement. Perhaps a dehumidifier would help? Overall, would recommend!
