Listen, this is incredibly deceptive. This is a shared house where you will share a bathroom etc with other people who may or may not be safe people. I don’t think this is appropriate to put on a hotels app since it’s Not a hotel.

This house was quiet, clean, we had Netflix, no one bothered us & the owner sent text updates. We stayed in Room 8, this was the photo as we were checking out after our stay. For a quick in + out stay, or an overnight layover, this spot worked very well and we would stay again! There were multiple bathrooms & we had what we needed. It’s walking distance to a Walgreens too!

Pictures on booking site don’t match the property description, no outdoor space one bathroom for 8 or so rooms. Pretty run down and basic. You get what you paid for

This is basically a shared house/hostel. All common areas are shared and you can hear everything through the walls. The bathroom was left dirty by the other people staying there. The rooms were really small and cheap looking. The beds were not comfortable and the tvs were also tiny. The area was kind of ghetto and the parking was strange as well. The host was very responsive. I guess it could work for someone comfortable with staying in a shared house, but we won’t be back.

It’s not a hotel. It’s a hostel. You have your own room but everything else is shared. You don’t have your own bathroom nor are the bathrooms organized by gender for safety. The parking situation is a nightmare. It’s basically a frat house. The host won’t talk to you on the phone. Only text. They are not up front about things. I as a single woman can not justify staying somewhere where I don’t have complete privacy. It’s not safe. And I do not recommend. I left immediately. I didn’t bother staying.

Overall the inside of the house is clean. Place was not hotel. It’s house with eight rooms one full kitchen and 1/2 and two full baths. The facilities is not designed to house multiple occupants. The showers would run out hot water, our room ac unit was not insulated correctly so it all type bugs in our room. I didn’t feel safe in at that location due to lack of staff and security offered. I would have left the first night if the money would have been refundable policy. But also the maintenance for the place can use some up grading other than that the was okay I would give this place 2 stars.

This has been the worst experience of my life the owner and his girlfriend were very rude. Actually she wasn’t she tried to tell him to be nice but the overall experience is not worth any amount of money. The property is run down No towels no wash rags no soap the bedroom had no windows or closet literally a jail cell couldn’t pay me to stay there for FREE! When I asked the owner for toiletries he responded “ you got exactly what you paid for” in the description. I said these things come standard at any accommodation. He flung his arms and said “ I don’t have to talk to you anymore” and walked away. Again …. STAY AWAY

The place was clean and well priced for the area. I felt safe and it was pretty walkable. Although, the lack of drinking water provided from hosts needs to come to an end; I’m on a trip/vacation there should be little inconvenience. There also wasn’t any ice nor ice trays in the freezer. They also didn’t provide us many towels. There were two of us for two nights and they provided two towels.. and only one wash cloth and no hand drying towel. I didn’t like the attitude when we asked for more towels because our second towel (which was used because theres two of us..) was taken while we were gone. I’m really not trying to live sparce while on vacation and have limited access to things that should be bare minimum for hosts/hotel staff to provide. Also whoever is in charge for providing for the room, I recommended investing in some curtains over the bed, the sun is extremely bright coming in the mornings even when there was a sleep mask and blankets over my face.

Room was ok... no amenities, walls are paper thin.... you can hear everything! Couldn't even watch local channels on the TV. Bathroom is shared. The outside of the house looks sketchy. Great location though.

This was portrayed as a hotel. It was a house turned into 1 bedroom facilities. 4 parking spots for the whole building. No response from owner when we arrived late due to a delayed flight. My son and I left and just found a regular hotel. I guess you pay for what you get. Lost my $75

The hotel was not even a hotel. Looked more like a low custody penal facility with a shared bathroom and stove. The staff wasn’t available to take calls but insisted on communicating through text. My guess is that they didn’t speak English & wanted to use the translator app to understand me & reply. & don’t even get me started on the parking situation. I took one look at the place and knew I wasn’t staying there with no concern if I’d get a refund. I basically donated to these people by not even staying a night & booked a real room & the La Quinta Inn Hotel on West Cypress.
