Plush hotel was a no frills hotel. On the positive, the location is good, with great proximity to restaurants, parks and transit. While staff is friendly when you see them, I rarely saw anyone. The bed was comfortable and room was quiet. The not so good, the shower was very tight, the table was wobbly, the hanger space shared with the coffee maker. The hallway was in need of paint, which it appeared was in process.

Location was great and with in walking distance so we didn’t have to drive . Staff was very helpful . The chef (Richard )in the cafe was great . The woman who helped me with parking ( may have been the manager )was also awesome because parking was expensive if you payed by the hour …

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely small and cramped—there was barely enough space to comfortably move around the bed. It felt much tighter in person than what you would expect from a hotel room. The worst part was the roof/skylight window directly above the room. There is basically no proper way to block the sunlight, so as soon as the sun comes up, the entire room becomes bright and wakes you up whether you want to or not. If you’re trying to sleep in or actually rest on vacation, good luck. On top of that, the hotel had an unpleasant smell throughout, which made the whole place feel even less comfortable. Between the smell, the tiny room, and being forced awake by sunlight coming through the ceiling, I definitely would not stay here again. The skylight might look nice in pictures, but when you’re actually trying to sleep, it’s a terrible design for a hotel room.

Il y avait des souris, peut être dû à la proximité avec le restaurant. On nous changé de chambre pour aller à un étage au dessus. Des travaux bruyants durant la journée. Les chambres étroites mais. La table de nuit, avec un système de recharge de téléphones par induction, s'est mise a parler pendant la nuit via bluetooth, probablement un autre résident qui s'ennuyait.

I didn't spend much time in the room beyond sleeping and showering, and it was adequate for that. This isn't a traditional hotel, if that's what you're expecting — it's a set of converted rooms behind a cafe. The shower had good water pressure and the water stayed hot. A small table in the bathroom would help, since vanity space is limited and there's nowhere to set things down. The same goes for the shower, which had no shelf or ledge for soap and shampoo. The mini-split kept the room at a comfortable temperature, and the location was convenient. Worth noting: there were rodent/pest control traps along the side of the building and behind the bed in the room but I didn't see or hear any pests for the few days I was there. I had little interaction with staff, so I can't comment on that.

Estuvo bien, es fácil el check in si lees las instrucciones que te mandan y la habitación y hotel están bien. Lo único es que las toallas para bañarte y secarte aunque estuvieran limpias tenían cabellos largos y cortos pegados y manchas amarillas que no se pudieron quitar. Y hubo una noche que la alarma de incendios sonó a las 3 am y tuve que llamar a los bomberos pero fue falsa alarma afortunadamente. También hubo una noche que mi mesita lado de la cama intentaba conectarse a mi celular supongo y estuvo hablando en la noche y me despertaba hasta que la desconecté. Pero todo lo demás bien.

The first night we had tons of problems for example the window wouldn’t open, room was under construction, bathroom door was not closing completely and was REALLY squeaky, no air conditioning, and there was no hot water. Maintenance man said he couldn’t do anything about it. Next day they changed our room but the whole stay the WiFi was REALLY weak and bad

The staff only communicated via email or text which was impersonal. There was no one at the front desk. The rooming house was under construction and the workers were there during the evening hours. The carpet in my room was worn. The room faced an alley which had trash in it. There was a charge for cleaning the room or take the trash out. There were bugs in the room, so I did not eat in the room. No live television--only subscription services (Amazon, Netflix, etc. ). No closet. The location is good to a lot of activities.

My stay at Plush Hotel was overshadowed by a major issue: the hotel fire alarm was activated in the middle of the night on two consecutive nights. Both times, guests were evacuated and left standing outside for nearly an hour while the situation was addressed. Hotel staff later explained that the alarms were triggered by a guest smoking in their room. After the first incident, we were told staff were conducting a "walk-through." After the second, we were informed the guest had been fined. While I appreciate that safety procedures must be followed, I was disappointed by the hotel's response to the disruption experienced by every other guest. Despite two nights of interrupted sleep and significant inconvenience, management offered nothing beyond an apology—not even a small goodwill gesture to acknowledge the impact on paying guests. When you pay for a hotel, you expect a safe, comfortable, and restful stay. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. The repeated false alarms also raised concerns about the hotel's fire detection and incident management. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Plush Hotel. Safety is important, but so is how a hotel cares for its guests when things go wrong.

Location is perfect, price is perfect, rooms and corridors were clean. However, this is not a hotel, please don’t book if you are expecting a hotel. The self check is not easy and you have to pay an extra $200 Canadian dollars to get access to the check in details. This amount is refunded only after they check that the remote controls are in the room( not sure what the obsession with remote controls is but no one is going to steal remote controls!). The phone number says it’s for WhatsApp but no one seems to check it, and l don’t think the staff know that they have WhatsApp. There were rats in the room, when we got there ( we have video evidence) it took us almost all night to get the rats out of the room as they kept hiding. You have to pay about $40 per day if you want house keeping and every other service is chargeable. The shower didn’t drain and if you run the water for more than 3 mins it over flows out of the cubicle. Which made it really uncomfortable to shower. If you are an adult over 21 ( or children) l wouldn’t recommend these rooms to save your dignity from the embarrassment of hearing all the sexual sounds and screaming in the other rooms. And there is no lift but 3 floors.
