Hotel del centro de la ciudad de México
Que tal, estuve en el hotel en la semana de Pascua...la verdad me fue muy bien. Es un hotel cerca del centro (5 minutos de la Alameda central caminando) es cómodo y económico...
Mi familia y yo pasamos unas buenas vacaciones...la única recomendación que les doy es que no lleguen al hotel después de las 7:00 pm o bien que lo hagan en taxi porque hay un salón de baile como a dos cuadras y el ambiente se ponde distinto, no es que de miedo pero lo digo por prevención.

overpriced for what you get! not worth the stress
Hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. They double charged me for the room which was dirty,small,and had strong moldy.
The neighborhood was central yet the area where hotel was located sketchy. Hotel Ferral seemed more like an establishment that charged by the hour rather that a hotel catering to tourists.

En general bueno, básico y bien ubicado
Buen lugar, cómodo para salir todo el día y llegar a descansar y darse un baño para seguir al otro día.
No muy apto para familias con niños, las habitaciones pequeñas pero suficientes, por momentos me pareció que iban parejitas y rentar tipo Motel pero sin contratiempos...

there were bed bugs/fleas, even the taxi driver told us that it was a dangerous zone in downtown, if you read the reviews it's catalogued as a hotel but it isn't it's just a cheap hotel rented by people to get there with prostitutes by hours

LO ÚNICO BUENO ES QUE ESTÁ EN EL CENTRO
EL BAJO COSTO LO DICE TODO, SI SOLO QUIERES PASAR LA NOCHE SIN COMODIDADES Y SIN GASTAR MAS ESTE ES EL HOTEL INDICADO. NO APTO PARA HOSPEDARSE CON NIÑOS.

limpieza de la habitación del hotel, muy deficiente sobre todo en el baño.
calidad en el servicio, no hubo, ya que de entrada ofrecen habitaciones que no tienen y las que te ofrecen para sustituir la contratada ni siquiera cuenta con closet ó área para colocar la ropa.

ubicación del hotel, es lo único atractivo por la cercanía a la alameda central pero en una calle oscura y sucia.

Bien ya que desde que llegue fue un trato respetuoso y amable por parte del personal del Hotel, Todo limpio en la habitación los únicos puntos malos que les doy son porque no tienen canales infantiles y por el cierto olor a tabaco que tienen las habitaciones, haaa por según desconocer que tenia una reservación de habitación doble, ya que de Hoteles.com, no les habían mandado mi reservación ya pagada, pero para subsanar esto cuando ya les enviaron vía fax mi contrato, y como no tenían ninguna habitación doble me ofrecieron dos habitaciones sencillas por el mismo costo, por lo cual considero que actuaron con responsabilidad y sentido común, bien por esto los felicito y si volvería ha hospedarme en este hotel que además esta cerca del centro Histórico.

Confortable en general.
Nuestra estancia la consideramos tranquila en este hotel que está ubicado en un punto estratégico de la Cd. de México. Muy céntrico. A diario realizan limpieza de la habitación en general y la habitación que ocupamos es para una persona y es muy cómoda.
