We stayed in the room on the first floor. As an apartment, it would be great for a couple to live in. It had some pros and some cons.
Pro
Great location. We could walk to a lot of places, the metro is close, there is life around the place.
It was very clean, had two aircon heater things, and a tele in both rooms. Table and chairs were nice, and sofa beds were made.
Cons
Check in was weird. It says ‘virtual desk’, but we had to wait for a guy to come to us, give us a key card, and take city tax off us. Didn’t tell us how to check out.
Had a problem with WiFi (didn’t work) and the fridge door (wouldn’t stay shut). The same guy came round to fix. Had to WhatsApp them instead of use Hotels App.
Everything was new. Weird for a ‘con’ but all the cups still had Ikea stickers on. The clothes dryer was still in wrapper. The oven had the ‘new’ smell so wasn’t great.
No microwave or toaster. Loads of utensils and cups and everything you need, but just a hob and oven.
Coffee machine was nice, but no coffee pods or sugar or anything to go with it.
No ‘guest book’ with info or recommendations.
I saw some Google reviews that said it was quiet - this is a lie! I get Naples is busy and loud, so maybe this is quiet to them, but it’s not a quiet place. It is a smaller street, but the windows don’t quite close properly, so noise was a thing, which was fine for us.
Travel cot was available, but no high chair. Cot didn’t come with bedding, so used a quilt cover thing.
