A equipe atenciosa. Perecebe-se desgaste estrutural no hotel como um todo, por exemplo: carpete envelhecido e com mal cheiro no corredor. Nos quartos, como é piso frio, não houve esse problema. Área verde ampla, mas sem estrutura para poder caminhar, pois está muito irregular. Há um potencial sem ser aproveitado.
