Perfectly Situated.
We had a really good stay. Room was a good size and perfectly clean. We had breakfast one morning which was of a good quality. Our only gripe was that we were only offered one key. Reception offered for us to leave with them but that didn’t help when one person went to bed early as it meant we had to bother reception to let us in as our friend had the key in the room after letting himself in.

Like living in a ballroom
Beautiful hotel so close to the Charles Bridge! Easy to get to from the train station using the cities trams. Location to old town is right around the corner too. The room was huge, the beds comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was in a beautiful room and had so much variety. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel perfectly situated
Short break to see Prague and the Christmas markets. Hotel was lovely. Breakfast was great and the room was amazing and perfectly located for both Prague castle and old town. The only negative was the hot water wasn’t always great. But that wouldn’t stop me staying there again.

The hotel did not have the room which I’d paid for on arrival but moved us for the remainder of our stay. We found that the twin beds were very narrow with individual duvets not quite big enough. Some of the front desk staff did not have the level of English which we’d hoped for. Excellent breakfast provided daily. A great location a short walk to the Old Town Square.

Great hotel, great location.
Lovely hotel very close to Charles Bridge and close to the old town/christmas markets. Staff very nice and super helpful. Our room was huge with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and superking size sofa bed. Breakfast was included in the price so great value for money. I would absolutely stay here again.

A beautiful old building updated to fit our times. Location was amazing with great cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The best of Pragues tourist sites were within easy reach. Staff were very friendly and willing to help with all Enquiries. My room was on the River side and was clean and bright. On the downside was the lack of any English TV channels other than usual BBC, CNN etc. The shower was good, but the vertical rail holding the shower head, did told support it high enough to stand under, and the optional rain head shower was clogged and only squirted out of a few holes. First world problems.. The corridors were dark coming on as you walk, but unfortunately not often enough. breakfast was the best I’ve had touring around Europe over the past 5 weeks. Definitely coming back.

The Charles Bridge Palace Hotel is so beautiful and in an incredible location within walking distance to all the sights. The staff are a little “direct” lol but helpful. We stayed in room 314 which was a huge corner suite overlooking the river near the Charles Bridge. The room had a tv with several English speaking channels, a separate walk-in closet with a safe, small fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was large although the shower was a struggle as it was like showering in a phone box 😂 The air in the room worked well and the king size bed was comfortable. The breakfast which was included was fabulous! We drove to the hotel so let them know in advance and they will have a valet driver that will take your car and park it for about $15 a day? Totally worth it because parking is very limited. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in Prague!
