I vacationed in Greece during the first 2 weeks of June (2016) with my girlfriend. We had just completed 3 night stays in both Mykonos, and Santorini and were looking to slow the pace down a bit by staying in Nei Pori, where I know some locals as well.
I booked us 5 nights at Zeus Hotel via Expedia while back home (Toronto) before I flew to Greece. The pictures, location, reviews and price point were all very attractive, so I decided to take a chance and book this hotel, hoping that it would be acceptable to the both of Us.
Upon arriving at the Hotel, we were instantly impressed with the curb appeal of the grounds, including the architecture, the condition of the building, the perimeter wall/gates, the ample, secured (& covered) parking, the pool & patio, and the clean lobby.
We were graciously greeted by our host, “Antonis”. He was warm and welcoming, and gave us a complete summary of all the amenities that we could expect during our stay including: Breakfast, WiFi, pool, basketball court, tennis, neighborhood, etc. We were walked to our room and shown how to operate the room key, double balcony doors, air conditioning and TV. Our room was very clean, spacious, neatly appointed and had a very modern washroom complete with a rain showerhead. My girlfriend was so impressed with it, she insisted on FaceTiming (via WiFi) her Family back home to see it as well.
