We were so comfortable, the view was pretty, and having in-room laundry facilities and a kitchenette made our stay extra convenient! Canary Wharf was a great home base for our needs and easy to navigate.

What a gem of a hotel! Never stayed in canary ward before but we had a concert to go to so thought we’d give a go. So glad we did! 5 min walk to the tube. Beautiful view over the river! Staff were super friendly and helpful. And the rooms were fantastic!

Perfect hotel with a river view. We stayed for 3 nights in this brand new hotel, very quiet and clean. The rooms are well equipped. No restaurant as yet so be prepared for eating out or cooking in ! The whole of Canary Wharf was a fantastic experience.

I really liked everything. The service and amenities was really good. Its just 6 min walk to the canary wharf station which is really good to have in London. However, I care a lot for the cleaning and the room was dusty and not well cleaned.

We stayed on the second week that the hotel was open. A few teething troubles - we couldn’t make the microwave work and there were no instructions, and the light in the shower decided to stop working in the morning. However, the room was lovely, the view incredible, and it was just a short walk from Canary Wharf station. I travelled with my 17y/o daughter and we would have appreciated an option for twin beds rather than a double.

The Hotel was very new and in a safe walkable area in Canary Wharf. There was a lot of extras in the room set up as an apartment with dishes , oven, fridge. Clean and the bed was comfy. The only negative is that the actual design of the room was a bit odd. Seating area under the tv. A lot of wasted space with the sofa set up. But for a few nights away it is definitely worth it.

The AC was very low, the studio was dusty, the placement of the TV was not accessible while in bed. The smell of food odor permeated when the AC was not on.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The lobby was very comfy, as was the bed in the room. Stayed nice and cool in there during the heatwave. Very solid climate control. Room was already cool when I got there, which was a nice touch. Didn't really use any of the amenities. Pool table in the reception area wasn't working for some reason. They mentioned they were replacing it in the next few days. Very good place to stay if you're working in the wharf and need to stay overnight or if you're visiting London in general. Close to both the DLR and Elizabeth lines. Also buses to Stratford, the Isle of Dogs and Blackheath. Amazing views. A+. Would absolutely stay again.

The staff were all so helpful, as expected with a hotel that has only been open 2 weeks there were some teething issues but the staff honestly handled everything so well! The hotel itself is modern, in a great location and just has a really nice vibe. The room had an incredible view and a sleek set up. The bed is outrageously comfortable to that was a big big bonus! My only criticism is the temperature of the room was almost unbearable. The "AC" would only let the room go down by -3° of the current temperature so the majority of our stay the room was sat at about 20 degrees. With no airflow whatsoever. So we ended up keeping the curtains closed and the fridge stocked with water. Thankfully the weather in London was beautiful that we didn't mind spending majority of our time outside because there was a bit of dread with returning to the room.

From the moment I stepped into Locke London in Canary Wharf, the experience was wonderful. The staff at check in were knowledgeable and helpful, showing care and interest in me as their guest. The lobby was very inviting, with plenty of places to sit and relax, as well as a cafe and a bar should you want refreshments but don’t want to stray too far. The accommodation was a higher standard than I expected for the price I paid. The room was light, bright and inviting with plenty of space and storage solutions. The kitchen provided everything I needed and it was lovely to be able to prepare my own food and store it for the occasions I didn’t want to leave the room. It had all the amenities I could want, a fabulously large television, a fridge, and a luxurious shower. The bed was divine, one of the best hotel beds I have ever had, and I slept brilliantly. I came to stay when it was over 30 degrees, and to be able to use the fantastic air conditioning which was reliable and had multiple settings, was a real treat. Not only that, but the hotel is in a great location, with a quick walk to the nearest tube station should want to go further afield. I throughly enjoyed my stay here, and would highly recommend!

For a newly opened hotel, the smell of fresh paint was noticeable upon arrival. Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room initially looked very impressive, although after a three-day stay some aspects of the design proved to be a little impractical. Housekeeping is only provided every seven days, meaning guests need to request fresh towels and have bins emptied separately. While clean towels were delivered promptly, the used towels were not removed, leaving them in the room for the remainder of my stay. The seating area was also quite unusual in its layout, making it uncomfortable to watch TV. In addition, it wasn’t possible to comfortably watch television or a movie from the bed, which reduced the overall comfort and functionality of the room. Having the shower and toilet separate is a problem and if I were sharing with a friend, you can see straight through the shower door. Overall a nice hotel, but impractical for a business stay.
