Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities (pool, gym, breakfast area and terrasse), and very peaceful and beautiful location next to the harbor. We highly recommend it for a restful getaway.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Claremont Club while celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, there were so many thoughtful and unique touches that made our stay feel incredibly special. A sweet banner in our beautiful heritage room and a cheese tray to help curb our hunger from the drive in! The attention to detail was exceptional, and it was clear that a lot of care went into creating a memorable experience for us. Everything felt personal, welcoming, and beautifully done. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary and would absolutely recommend the Claremont Club to anyone looking for a special getaway.

Absolutely gorgeous, thoughtful decor everywhere you look! A nice big pool, tennis court, and state of the art gym facilities. Very walkable to the beautiful Picton harbour and Main Street to visit the shops and restaurants. We ate at Foundry for breakfast and it was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed in one of the buildings off from the main house/building. The only thing we didn’t like was that we could pretty clearly hear our room neighbours talking and footsteps at night.

wonderful property with a beautiful view. Had difficulty with operating the television the espresso machine and did not understand what the symbols on the mirror meant in the bathroom. The staff were able to help us out a great deal with that, However, it would be helpful to have information available in the room for guests to use. We will be back.

Hotel was well located being a 10 min walk along the lakefront to Picton town centre. Lobby area was impressive and hotel amenities very good. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was well appointed, modern and clean, as was the bathroom. Balcony/terrace overlooking the lake was a bonus. Parking was good with your own designated space. Excellent. We would stay again.

I am SO happy that we came across this spot while we visited Picton for our anniversary. I will 100% try and stay here for all future Picton visits, we loved it! The rooms are so beautifully designed, the entire hotel and all of the amenities were very well taken care of and clean, and the staff are extremely welcoming and hospitable! The views of the harbour from the harbourfront rooms was so peaceful even with the rain that we had. Gorgeous spot, we will absolutely be back!

The property was beautifully maintained and very nicely decorated. I had dinner at Delphine which was wonderful. I enjoyed reading on the loungers overlooking the water and walking into town along the boardwalk. Overall it was a great stay!

The lobby and room were exceptionally clean! Such a good spot for a little getaway - great design choices, room had a nice view, and the staff were friendly. The heated bathroom floors in the room were a nice touch. Pool change rooms were nice, but pool is pretty deep (5 ft all around) and water was not heated. Really appreciated the complimentary EV charging, mini fridge, and Nespresso/tea in room!

We stayed in a beautiful Harbour view room, the hotel is well located and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend !
