Thee ace was clean however all they offer online is not available, they called th suited without anything on it, for example they come with stove and fridge but whatever kitchen essentials you need to buy them. No pool is boring in the area there's nothing and their guys sucks too.

The elevator was broke people were hanging out on the stairs I left early because the persons above me were yelling and making so much thumping noise. I did not stay the night I left early that night waited at the front desk while the girl was talking in the back for 10 minutes when i told her I was leaving because i couldnt sleep she said ok bye never asing how was the stay what was wrong. NEVER AGAIN

OK, the location was good. The place was obviously brand new and clean, but the walls were paper thin, the beds were not that great or comfortable nor was the bedding. We heard the neighbors all night long like they were right in our ears and there was someone knocking next door at like 3 AM excessively and it literally sounded like they were knocking on our door but they were knocking next-door. We had a little kitchenette, but it wasn’t stocked with anything there isn’t even cups or like plates or anything yeah, I mean it was fine, but I would never stay there again.

We stayed at Woodspring Manteca one night July 19. We arrived late at 10 PM. Positives - This is a new hotel, only open a few months so everything is bright and shiny. Front desk staff were efficient. Quick processing of our reservation. Our room had a full size refrigerator, large microwave and even a stove top. Negatives - Kind of felt like they were trying to cut corners., I was pretty surprised that they had no ice machine on my floor, so I went to the lobby and was told there is none in the hotel but that I had ice trays in the refrigerator. Obviously that did me no good since it takes hours to freeze water! It was 10:30 PM ! We had unpacked and turned on the tv which did not work, Error message said "Antenna cable Disconnected".. called front desk, they offered to change our room but we had unpacked and by now it was 11 PM so just said we'll stay where we were. Beds just not that great, pillows were medium-large but quite stiff and pretty much unusable. Breakfast not included but I knew that when I made the reservation.

This is a brand new property that was in a central location for our baseball tournament. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It was a great bonus to have a full-sized fridge to use for our time there. There were some things I didn't realize before going on that I think are important to note that impacted our stay and might impact others. As we have never stayed at this brand of properties before, we thought that getting an extended stay room with a kitchenette would be great. What we did not know going in is that you have to bring all of the things you need to take advantage of the kitchenette. There were no pots, pans, utensils, towels, sponges, soap, bowls, plates, or a coffee machine, as many other extended stay properties have in their rooms. These items are available for purchase, or you can bring your own. Had I looked into this brand, I could have found that information out, but it was not something that I realized until we got there, because all previous extended stays we have stayed at came with those items. They also didn't have a hair dryer or an iron/ironing board in the rooms. The rate was cheap compared to the standard hotel rooms some of our team stayed at, and the location was great. I'd stay there again, knowing what we know now, and just bring our camping cookware bin with us. Luckily, I had a hairdryer in the car, and we ate out with the team most of the time, so it didn't create much hardship for us.

Nice, clean, secure new property. EV charging available plus parking spaces with outlets. Friendly staff Room had plenty of storage for clothes No ice machine Place made for extended stay, but bring own utensils, cookware if planning to cook during long stay.

I was really surprised because it had a full kitchen, including a stove area microwave full refrigerator so if you’re planning on staying a while, it would be a great place. Very clean.

They claimed that the beds are queen size but look more like full sizes beds. There are no irons, ironing boards, hangers, conditioner, lotion or any of the other usual amenities you would find in a normal hotel. The lobby is depressing and out feels like a visitor holding area in a prison. I It's clean, but that's the only positive thing it has going for it.

The place is brand new. They’ve been open for about a month, that part was nice. Not everything is 100% yet though. One of the washing machines didn’t work so I was up all night redoing my laundry. The staff would not reimburse me. Then after that caused me to be up all night, they would not give me a late checkout. The front desk staff were just not that good. The rooms are pretty nice but the beds are pretty cheap
