The room is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Fissel was the man and helped with everything. The rooms have A/C and the beds are super comfy

El hotel y el personal excelente, el desayuno 100 puntos! Delicioso…pero la ubicación no es muy buena y bastante confusa, hay que caminar por callejones en donde no llega transporte.

Riad très propre, guide très serviable, par contre un vrai labyrinthe pour trouver le Riad Des odeurs très désagréables autour du Riad du au séchage des peaux des bêtes. A savoir autour du RIAD beaucoup d'artisans travaillent le CUIR.

The amenities along with the staff were very good my only concern was the location. It was too far from the town and not conducive to walking. Lived the rooftop lounge.

My daughter and I can’t say enough on how much we enjoyed this Riad. The service was outstanding, accommodations were delightful, and the food & tea were delicious. The warmth of the staff have left an imprint in our hearts. We especially loved Haj ( ?) who escorted and guided us when needed . The only thing to be aware of its very close to the tannery’s so the air isn’t too pleasant when working and transportation is 20euros.

Riad el Fassi was a delightful place to stay for my brief trips to Marrakech. It is located in the older part of the Medina yet close enough to the main road so you need not travel far with your luggage (as cars cannot travel in the Medina). The Medina can be hard to navigate so the Riad sends helpful staff to assist you. Once in the Riad the environment provides a beautiful respite from the hustle and bustle of the market and city. The rooms are quiet, well maintained, and have AC, which worked well as the temps climbed into the 90s. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful in booking taxis, providing guidance, and arranging a healthy breakfast. Riad el Fassi is a great choice when staying in the Medina in Rabat.

The riad had just opened around two weeks when we checked in. It is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The friendly owner was there every day to meet guests and asked for feedback. Don't miss the rooftop garden to enjoy sunshine. The swimming pool water temperature is 30 in Feb so those who like to swim in a riad can do so. An English-speaking man would wait for guests at the nearest gate and take them to the riad. Highly recommend this riad.

My dad and I went on a father/daughter trip. We had a wonderful stay at this riad in the tanneries area of Morocco. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really made the experience special was the incredible hospitality from everyone who worked there. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of throughout my stay. The local kids playing on the street are also very sweet! We were about a 15-20 min walk from the main square but One of the workers personally showed me around the area and made sure we felt comfortable navigating to the main square, the souks, and the medina on my own. As a visitor, that extra care and guidance made a huge difference and helped me enjoy the city with confidence. The workers definitely take pride in what they do/the Riad. It’s truly beautiful to see. They have a beautiful terrace with fresh mint there and beautiful flowers and it’s so nice to sit up there and relax, just listening to the locals live their daily life and kids playing on the streets. The warmth, kindness, and genuine concern for guests made this riad feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Morocco. When I return, I will definitely be booking this riad again. I want to preface that the photos in the Riad may look dark, we arrived later on in the afternoon around 4 but there’s usually lots of light shining through.
